A BIT OF GENIUS

I just have to share this tid bit of genius
from - Jen Smith -

She explains WHY she allows
TOOLS
to do the selling

TOOLS
to to the teaching

to do the closing

This allows her to remain in a position to
CARE
COACH
CONNECT

And she never crosses the line into
"SALESPERSON" mode.

In this approach, the associate's role is not limited by one's own fears of being seen as a salesperson,
nor is the relationship hindered by the prospect's fear of being sold to.

It's just a friendship..

and belief.
