I love reading about the passion and belief with which

She lives this commandment.

And the power in it comes not from the first part

as so often we emphasize.

We cannot give what we don't have.

We cannot love others beyond the extent

that we love ourselves.

As we spend a little time building our own self worth

We will see a change in our ability
